Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after confirmation from suppliers.

Cancellation Charges:

  • More than 30 days before travel: Service fee may apply
  • 15–30 days before travel: Up to 50% of total package cost
  • 7–14 days before travel: Up to 75% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days before travel or No Show: 100% cancellation charges

(Actual refund amount depends on airline, hotel, and vendor policies.)

Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings such as flights, special honeymoon inclusions, peak-season hotels, or promotional packages may be completely non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

Unused services during travel are non-refundable.

Visa Rejection

Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable. Package refunds (if any) depend on hotel and airline cancellation terms.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source or via bank transfer.
