- Payments
Bookings require an advance payment to secure services. Full payment must be completed prior to travel as per the agreed timeline. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation.
- Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, insurance, and other travel documents. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
- Changes & Amendments
Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Hotel & Airline Policies
Hotels, airlines, and local vendors operate under their own terms. Room categories, check-in/check-out timings, and inclusions depend on individual supplier policies.
- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or airline disruptions.
- Liability
We act only as a travel planner and intermediary. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party suppliers.
- Behavior & Conduct
Clients are expected to behave responsibly during travel. Any damage caused to hotel property or services will be borne directly by the client.
